In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.
Returns and complaints.
As a customer, you always have a 14-day right to cancel your order and it starts from the day you receive the product. Returned goods purchased from us via the webshop must be in unbroken packaging and in the same condition as at the time of delivery.
In the case of returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping to us. Returns are sent to:

Once we have received your return, it will be processed within 1 day, the item will then be refunded via Klarna. If the entire order is returned, we will refund the full amount except for any shipping that has been added at the time of ordering. If you want to exchange an item, send the product back to us in the same way as we describe above.
If you discover damage to the package, you must immediately report this to the agent you pick up the package from, they will help you with a damage report. Then contact us via email, attach pictures of the package and let us know if any items have been lost or damaged. We will then get back to you with a solution to the possible product problem. In case of complaints, send us an email at fredric@vimicefishing.se and describe the problem and we will solve it as soon as we can.
